Bilingual Apartment Assistant Manager

Position Overview:
We're seeking a Bilingual Assistant Community Manager (Spanish & English required) for an immediate start. The ideal candidate will support daily property operations, assist residents, manage rent collection, and handle leasing and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and post rent payments using Yardi or Onesite
  • Manage delinquent accounts and prepare late notices
