Title: Benefits Systems Specialist
FLSA Status: Full Time Employee/Exempt
Reports to: Benefits Operations Manager
Purpose: Provide exceptional service while delivering technical solutions, consultation, and related training & support to our clients and internal partners. Must have Prism experience at an advanced level.
The Benefits Systems Specialist is responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing support of employee benefit programs within the PrismHR platform. This role serves a key function in coordination between insurance carriers, brokers, and employees to ensure accurate benefits processing, compliance, reporting, and system functionality.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in benefits administration, HRIS systems, payroll integration, and client or employee support, with direct experience using PrismHR.
