Our Community Care Record platform enables healthcare and community organizations to coordinate care for populations challenged with health-related social needs. Path Assist is our tech-enabled community health worker program for HRSN utilizing an evidence-based, structured intervention. Our goal is simple: increase health confidence, improve self-efficacy, and reduce inappropriate healthcare spend.

About the Role:

Activate Care is hiring an Analyst - Reporting, Analytics & Integrations team member to play a key role in supporting the success of our clients as they implement and accelerate their SDOH initiatives. We are helping communities act differently to achieve better outcomes, and this role will lead the execution of analytics, integrations, and/or other data-related projects for our partners as they seek to understand, track, intervene and fund the work they are doing.

This position would be a great fit for someone who is passionate about data and its ability to tell compelling stories! The Analyst - Reporting, Analytics & Integrations will have a heightened sense of detail and accuracy to aid partners and the organization with solving complex problems. The individual placed in this position will need to be comfortable and confident while presenting information both internally and externally to key stakeholders making sure to translate and differentiate jargon at various levels to allow for common purpose and goal alignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer implementations of standard/custom analytics and integrations projects.
  • Develop and curate the ongoing reporting and analytics offerings of Activate Care, with an awareness of the SDoH industry standards, corporate functional needs, and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with Implementations, Engineering, Product, Account Services and Revenue to develop and execute scalable reporting, analytics and integration solutions aligned with business strategies.
  • Identify gaps and ideate resolutions to continually improve and streamline integrations and analytics processes.
  • Crosswalk client data to its appropriate Activate Care equivalent in data migrations and integrations.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and guidelines for all client deliverables.
  • Develop and build aligned, cross-functional metrics and tracking to ensure external and internal value is captured from analytical models being created and deployed.
  • Conduct exploratory analysis for core enterprise analytics offerings or strategic initiatives.
  • Perform data mining, cleansing, and manipulation as required to validate and improve data structure, flow and pipeline.
  • Troubleshoot data pipeline issues, bugs, changes and defects with existing and new reporting & analytics deliverables.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 2 - 3 years of client-facing work experience are highly desired.
  • 2-5 years experience working in relational databases (SQL), transforming data, and generating reports and/or analysis.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; comfort interfacing with both internal and client-facing teams on projects.
  • Ability to identify, analyze and solve existing and potential problems systematically and thoroughly on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Successful track record managing projects from start to finish.
  • Copious experience with Excel, data architectures, raw SQL queries, and some experience with (and/or an eagerness to learn) Looker, Tableau and other BI tools.
  • Cultural humility - you are able to understand, communicate and work effectively and respectfully across demographic, socioeconomic, language and all other cultural identifiers of communities.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative work environment that enables a cross-functional team with various backgrounds and capabilities to execute at a high-level.
