The Opportunity:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be at the forefront of driving new membership opportunities and fueling our pipeline. Your mission is to generate high-value leads, engage prospects, and create meaningful connections that lead to long-term partnerships. What You'll Do:
- Prospect & Qualify: Generate leads and qualify potential prospects through outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Fuel Pipeline Growth: Actively contribute to the sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing high-impact opportunities.
- Engage & Educate: Introduce prospects to 5x5 Co-Op's unique value proposition and how we help drive their business forward.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging, improve strategies, and help drive results.
- Set Appointments: Schedule meetings for senior sales leaders and participate in demos to move deals through the pipeline.
- Go-Getter: A self-starter with a hunger for results and a passion for driving business growth.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage prospects and present value clearly.
- Curious & Driven: Ability to research and learn about the latest trends in data-driven growth, sales strategies, and industry pain points.
- Collaborative Team Player: Thrive in a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in sales development or business development, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and qualify opportunities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Knowledge of AdTech, MarTech, or data industries is a plus.
