Estimator - Rebuild ConstructionXactimate Estimator needed for the countrys leading disaster Restoration Company. We currently have openings for an experienced Estimator with strong leadership skills, problem solving abilities, and excellent work ethic. Residential construction and fire/water restoration knowledge is desired. Xactimate and Carrier Program experience required.
This position offers a base salary with bonus opportunity based on performance. After a short probationary period, we offer comprehensive benefits and an opportunity to grow within our team.
Estimator Responsibilities / Tasks

  • 3 - 5 years primary Xactimate responsibility
  • Applicants must possess strong customer service skills, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Consistently represent the Paul Davis Restoration principles of honesty and integrity.
  • Practice immediacy when responding to customers and clients.
  • Must be able to handle high volume and work well with a team to meet or exceed SLA's.
  • Ability to produce Xactimate/Symbility estimates quickly and accurately using 360 degree photography (Matterport/Docusketch).
Skills Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years primary Xactimate responsibility, Symbility experience a bonus
  • MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook)
  • Problem solving, multi-task and meet demanding deadlines
  • Experience working with TPA's and other Program work.
