We are a growing restoration contractor based in Orange County focused on delivering high-quality work and maximizing performance across residential and insurance-based restoration projects. We are looking for an estimator who wants to take ownership of their work, drive profitability, and grow with a company that is scaling.

Ability to communicate clearly and follow up consistently.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and is motivated to perform at a high level. The ideal candidate is reliable, consistent, and able to work independently without constant oversight. They are comfortable communicating with adjusters and advocating for accurate scopes, and they take pride in producing high-quality work that contributes to overall company performance.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary of $85,000 plus commission tied to performance. High performers have the ability to exceed $120,000+ annually.
Health, dental, and vision insurance.
401(k) with company match.
Paid time off and sick time.
