Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Restoration Estimator to join our team and drive excellence in project evaluation and cost forecasting. As a Restoration Estimator, you will play a vital role in assessing damage, preparing accurate estimates, and collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution. Your expertise will help us deliver top-quality restoration services efficiently while maintaining budget integrity and client satisfaction. Duties

  • Review project plans, blueprints, and damage assessments to develop comprehensive restoration estimates.
  • Utilize estimating software such as Xactimate, Dash, DocuSketch, to prepare detailed cost proposals.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate damage scope, gather measurements, and verify existing conditions.
  • Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, contractors, and suppliers through negotiation to establish fair pricing and scope of work.
  • Prepare accurate bid packages that include labor, materials, equipment costs, and profit margins.
  • Monitor project costs throughout the restoration process to ensure adherence to budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and review contractual documents to align scope and pricing with project requirements.
