Restoration General Manager

This company is looking for PREMIER candidates to fill a recently opened position of Restoration General Manager. We are partnered in helping a growing and well-established restoration construction company find qualified and talented individuals like yourself. They are interested in highly-motivated and proactive individuals to fill their open role of Restoration General Manager with extended experience in either commercial/residential restoration. Candidates must have experience in working within this role or a very similar position.

Restoration General Manager Requirements: (must have)

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to manage and monitor multiple operational divisions
  • Create and maintain annual business plans and goals
  • Develop annual company budget, including projected revenue, projected expenses, and desired profit margin
  • Lead a team of managers as they respond to and manage restoration and construction projects
  • Ensure clear communication between customer and client to achieve the highest satisfaction possible
  • Ensure job processes and procedures are followed, including safety training and guidelines
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop managers and staff
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Restoration
  • Commercial Mitigation & Reconstruction experience
  • IICRC qualifications preferred but will accept experience
  • Ability to oversee staff, projects, and scheduling
  • Self sufficient
  • Highly-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
