We have an existing Restoration franchise and need a GM with the IICRC and AMRT certs that is interested in profit sharing or sweat equity in the business who lives reasonably close.
It is both a restoration and carpet cleaning business and GM would operate it as if it's their own business.
We are willing to be flexible on the terms of the involvement of the new GM. We can provide sweat equity or earn a percentage of all sales from day 1. Most important thing is a dedication to the success of the business, high energy and taking personal ownership of responsibilities.
The partnership has multiple options that can be pursued. The business is decently established and has various valuable ties in the community.

*NOTE: If you are not in the property restoration business please DO NOT apply. This is a GM position at a restoration and cleaning business. Restoration business related certifications* such as WRT, CCT, IICRC and AMRT are certs that you either must be familiar with or currently have. ONLY restoration business professionals will be considered.

Restoration General Manager Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Years of proven experience in a managerial role within the cleaning and restoration industry.
  • Current IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certifications.
    • WRT, AMRT, ASD (optional)
  • Strong understanding of business management, operational processes, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to lead crews of technicians.
  • Ability to strategize, solve problems effectively, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortability in creating Xactimate estimates.
  • Ability to learn and work within various technologies.
  • Ability to work in the field when needed.
