Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Assessment and Scoping: Conduct thorough damage assessments, create detailed scopes of work, and estimate repair costs.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams. Provide regular updates on project status.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
