Restoration Supervisor
Position Summary
At Unlimited Restoration, we partner with commercial property owners, facility managers, and insurance professionals to restore businesses when disaster strikes. We are seeking an experienced & highly motivated Restoration Supervisor to lead commercial restoration projects from emergency response through project completion.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to lead field personnel while maintaining exceptional customer service and financial performance. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants should have extensive experience leading restoration projects from mobilization through completion.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing large crews, communicating with project stakeholders, and stepping into the field to supervise complex commercial losses. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably while meeting client and carrier expectations. This position primarily serves commercial and industrial clients throughout the Greater Philadelphia area, with support for other company locations as business needs require.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage commercial restoration projects involving water, fire, mold, storm, and environmental losses.
  • Lead and coordinate field crews ranging from 10 to 30+ technicians depending on project size.
  • Plan daily operations, delegate tasks, and maintain production schedules.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with IICRC standards, OSHA regulations, and company procedures.
  • Communicate professionally with property owners, facility managers, adjusters, consultants, and project managers.
  • Train, mentor, and develop restoration technicians and crew leaders.
  • Complete daily job documentation, moisture mapping, equipment tracking, and project reports.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, equipment, and materials to keep projects on schedule.
  • Perform quality control inspections and ensure projects meet company standards.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response.

Leadership
  • Direct daily activities of restoration technicians and subcontractors.
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to field personnel.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct daily planning meetings and coordinate labor deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, OSHA regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications
Required
  • Minimum 5 years of restoration industry experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large commercial losses and multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Experience leading crews of 10-30+ personnel.
  • Strong knowledge of water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, demolition, structural drying, and environmental cleaning.
  • Ability to read scopes of work, interpret moisture readings, and execute drying plans.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work extended hours and respond to emergency losses when necessary.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred
  • IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, CDS, AMRT, FSRT)
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
  • Experience with Encircle, DASH, PSA, or similar restoration management software.
  • Commercial large-loss experience.
  • Catastrophe response experience.
