ServiceMaster Restore Supervisor

At ServiceMaster Restore, we restore homes, businesses, and peace of mind after water, fire, and smoke losses. Backed by a nationally recognized brand and industry-leading standards, we deliver compliant, high-quality restoration services when customers need us most. We are seeking an experienced Supervisor with strong IICRC alignment to oversee field mitigation projects and lead restoration teams in accordance with IICRC S500 and S700 standards.
Were looking for a hands-on Restoration Supervisor to lead mitigation crews and run jobs from first response through dry-out.
This role is for someone who understands drying science, leads from the front, and takes ownership of job quality, team performance, and results.
What Youll Do
  • Lead water, fire, and mitigation projects in the field
  • Run crews, subcontractors, and daily jobsite operations
  • Perform moisture readings, mapping, and equipment setup
  • Ensure jobs meet IICRC standards and company expectations
  • Communicate with customers, adjusters, and internal teams
  • Train and develop technicians
