Technicians use industry-standard methods and equipment to restore contents and structures to pre-loss condition whenever possible. Role Description

  • Supervise and coordinate contents restoration projects from initial assessment through project completion.
  • Manage pack-out, inventory, cleaning, storage, and pack-back operations.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to determine scope of work and contents restoration requirements.
  • Prepare and review inventories, content condition reports, and documentation for insurance carriers and clients.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, labeling, and storage of customer belongings.
  • Oversee contents cleaning processes, including smoke, soot, water, mold, and odor remediation.
  • Monitor project schedules and labor utilization to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise contents restoration technicians
  • Maintain quality control standards and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the restoration process.
  • Communicate with homeowners, and other stakeholders regarding project status and scope changes.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry standards.
  • Manage equipment, supplies, and warehouse organization related to contents restoration operations.
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide professional service throughout the restoration process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in contents restoration, mitigation, cleaning, or related restoration services.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of pack-out, inventory management, contents cleaning, and restoration procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers, insurance representatives, and team members.
  • Proficiency with restoration software, inventory systems
  • Ability to lift and move contents as required and work in various environmental conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
