SERVPRO East Central Cincinnati is looking for an experienced restoration professional to join our team as a Restoration Supervisor. This position is ideal for someone who has experience leading crews, managing restoration projects, and delivering high-quality service to customers.
Position Overview
The Restoration Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing field production activities while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. This position serves as a key point of contact between technicians, customers, project managers, and office staff.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and develop restoration technicians
  • Coordinate daily production activities and ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Perform and oversee restoration services
  • Maintain quality control and ensure work meets company standards
  • Communicate with customers and clients throughout the project
  • Maintain accurate and detailed job documentation
  • Manage equipment, materials, labor, and consumable usage
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and needs to management
  • Ensure OSHA and company safety standards are followed
  • Properly maintain and protect company equipment and materials
  • Train and coach team members to improve performance and workmanship
  • Take ownership of the overall customer experience

Position Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in restoration, construction, cleaning, or a related field
  • Previous Crew Chief, Supervisor, Lead Technician, or Foreman experience preferred
  • IICRC certification is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently while effectively leading a team

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to regularly lift at least 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights
  • Ability to work in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry equipment and materials
  • Ability to work with and around cleaning agents and restoration chemicals
