Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
  • Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
  • Thoroughly document restoration projects support the services provided
  • Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects
  • Communicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members.
  • Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned.
  • Coach and train restoration technicians
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
