We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Disaster Restoration Project Manager to lead restoration and reconstruction projects from initial loss through final completion. This role combines project management, customer service, estimating, team leadership, and business development to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and with an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll DoProject Management & Leadership
  • Manage residential and commercial restoration and reconstruction projects from initiation through completion
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and production plans
  • Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources
  • Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and profitability
  • Conduct regular site visits and project inspections
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to company standards
Estimating & Insurance Coordination
  • Inspect damaged properties and develop accurate restoration and reconstruction scopes
  • Prepare estimates using Xactimate and related software platforms
  • Work directly with insurance adjusters, carriers, and third-party administrators
  • Manage supplements and scope revisions as project conditions change
  • Review project costs and maintain financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle
Customer Experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project
  • Educate customers on the restoration and reconstruction process
  • Provide consistent communication, project updates, and expectation management
  • Resolve concerns quickly and professionally
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through project completion
Business Development & Relationship Building
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with adjusters, agents, property managers, and referral partners
  • Represent the company professionally in the community and industry
  • Support business growth through exceptional service and relationship management
Documentation & Quality Assurance
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, photos, job notes, and records
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and industry best practices
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections and final project walk-throughs
  • Assist with collections, project closeout, and customer satisfaction follow-up

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Work Environment
