At Paul Davis Restoration, we don't just rebuild homes and businesses, we restore lives after property disasters. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our teams by keeping projects on track, customers informed, and Project Managers equipped for success.

What You'll Do


  •  Coordinate reconstruction projects from start to finish 
  •  Track schedules, job progress, budgets, and project documentation 
  •  Manage contracts, permits, change orders, and project files 
  •  Maintain accurate information in company software and insurance platforms 
  •  Support Project Managers with project coordination and administrative tasks 
  •  Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving 
  •  Help ensure every project is completed accurately, efficiently, and with an exceptional customer experience 

What We're Looking For

  •  Construction, restoration, project coordination, or project administration experience preferred 
  •  Strong organizational and time management skills 
  •  Excellent attention to detail 
  •  Comfortable learning and using multiple software systems 
  •  Strong communication and customer service skills 
  •  Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
