Northeast Power Dry is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Success Coordinator to coordinate the daily operations of our production team. In this role, you'll schedule crews, communicate with customers, and help ensure projects run efficiently from start to finish.

Schedule

Training Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, 7:00 AMโ€“4:00 PM

Regular Schedule: Evening shift, 3:00 PMโ€“11:00 PM

Weekend Hours: 7:00 AMโ€“4:00 PM

Overtime and some holidays as needed

What You'll Do

As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will help oversee and coordinate the daily schedules of our Project Managers and Production Team. You'll serve as an important link between customers, technicians, and internal departments to ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently and customers receive timely updates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and support the daily work schedule for approximately 10+ production team members
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians, work crews, equipment, and service vehicles
  • Maintain the production planner and proactively fill scheduling gaps caused by cancellations or rescheduling
  • Plan efficient service routes based on technician availability, skill sets, customer needs, equipment requirements, and geographic location
  • Monitor production schedules and routes throughout the day
  • Maintain accurate attendance rosters for technicians and helpers
  • Coordinate vehicle and equipment movement
  • Answer customer calls promptly and assist with scheduling
  • Provide customers and internal departments with timely job updates
  • Work closely with Customer Service Coordinators to ensure each job is handled accurately and efficiently
  • Update job tickets and internal records as needed
  • Identify scheduling, productivity, or communication concerns involving the Production Team or Call Center
  • Escalate concerns requiring additional attention to the Department Manager or Area Management

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous dispatching or scheduling experience preferred
  • Ability to work 3:00 PMโ€“11:00 PM, weekends 7:00 AMโ€“4:00 PM, overtime as needed, and some holidays
