Overview

Water Restoration Coordinator

Roto-Rooter Services Company is currently seeking an experienced Water Restoration Coordinator to join our fast growing water restoration team for our Minneapolis branch.  This position is located in New Brighton, MN.  The hourly range for this position is $21.00-$23.00, depending on experience!

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.  The Water Restoration Coordinator serves as the central point of communication for water mitigation projects, ensuring jobs are scheduled, documented, and completed efficiently from initial loss through final invoicing. This individual works closely with customers, insurance carriers, adjusters, technicians, and management to ensure exceptional service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Maintains regular communication with customers/technicians throughout the process
  • Coordinates with insurance adjusters, third-party administrators, and property managers
  • Helps to maintain documentation, including photos, estimates, and insurance paperwork
  • Maintains accurate records within company software and management systems
  • Supports the restoration team in achieving operational and customer satisfaction goals
  • Other Duties as assigned by branch management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior office experience is preferred
  • Individuals must be able to speak and write in English. They must have good written and oral communication skills for effective customer service
  • Basic computer, Microsoft Office, and email knowledge is required.
