We are looking for:
Experienced Restoration Manager
Restoration1 of Chester/Delaware County is searching for the most EXPERIENCED Restoration Manager in the industry. Join a highly performing and motivated team in a fast-growing company. You will be helping us to expand and grow our company and there is lots of potential to learn and grow in a diverse, inclusive, and fun environment.
Business Development Responsibilities
  • Marketing of Restoration 1 services to existing and potential customers in the Market Area.
  • Identifying additional service opportunities on existing customer contracts.
  • Initial and on-going communications with existing or potential Restoration 1 customers.
  • Initiating sales quotes and securing new customer sales orders.
  • Support the development of new service portfolio as requested.

Operational Responsibilities
  • Ensuring all customer service contracts are properly staffed, equipped, supplied and executed on a timely basis.
  • Ensuring all tools, equipment, vehicles and supplies are properly utilized, maintained and stored.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving all customer service issues or concerns on a timely and proactive basis.
  • Ensure availability and to schedule appropriately Team members for peak periods to work longer shifts.

Management Responsibilities
  • Assisting the owner in conducting performance evaluations and performance-related discussions.
  • Monitoring the workplace and neutralizing any potential hazards that exist for Team members during the performance of their duties.
  • Assign work to Team members appropriate to their respective skill levels.
  • Providing on-the-job coaching and counseling to Team members so that they have every opportunity to safely and efficiently perform their job duties and maximize Restoration 1 customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring the efficient and effective execution of customer services by Team members.
  • Final inspection and sign-off of each property before leaving the site each day.
  • Manage Team members at the end of each shift and ensure all procedures are followed.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years restoration construction experience
  • 1-3 years Project Management and Estimating experience
  • Experienced at reading, interpreting, and managing financial statements
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small or large group situations to customers, homeowners, and employees in the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make prudent decisions
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, RMS, and Xactimate
  • IICRC Certifications

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
