Our expertise lies in working closely with our clients and insurance companies to secure the best quality restoration services possible. This collaboration enables us to streamline the restoration process and minimize risk, reducing the burden on our clients. At 360 Fire & Flood, we strive to make the recovery process as smooth and seamless as possible, allowing you to focus on what matters most.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Extensive knowledge and experience preparing estimates in Xactimate.
  • Must be capable of estimating fixed bid projects and time and material projects.
  • Responsible for projects exceeding $1M.
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of all 360 Fire & Flood services.
  • Must understand scope, schedule work, communicate professionally, ensure project safety, and maintain quality controls.
  • Review daily requirements of the projects, document progress and notify managers of progress and challenges.
  • Provide appropriate field documentation, photo logs, graphs and sketches for various projects.
  • Must maintain attention to detail
  • Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
  • Will be required to work nights and weekends as requested and travel periodically.

Qualifications:
  • 5 plus years of industry experience
  • Water damage restoration: 2 years (Required)
  • Construction: 5 years (Required)
  • Xactimate software: 3 years (Required)

Job Type: Full-time
