Job description

Trademark Restoration seeking IICRC Water Technician and Laborer to join our restoration team. As a key part of our crew, you will assist in mitigating water damage, restoring properties, and ensuring exceptional customer service. If you are hardworking, detail-oriented, and eager to develop new skills in the restoration industry, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform water damage mitigation, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
  • Set up and monitor restoration equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers.
  • Conduct demolition and debris removal when necessary.
  • Assess and document water damage for insurance and restoration purposes.
  • Follow industry standards and safety protocols to ensure high-quality restoration work.
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites while protecting client property.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates and address concerns.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience:
    • IICRC Certification in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) preferred but not required.
    • Previous experience in water mitigation, restoration, or construction is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to operate water mitigation equipment effectively.
