About the Role

Team Housing Solutions (THS) is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator | Graphic Designer to support the company’s growing marketing and communications initiatives. This role will assist in the development of branded marketing materials, visual assets, internal communications, event support, and creative project coordination across multiple business divisions.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for design and branding consistency, and can balance creative work with day-to-day coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities Graphic Design & Brand Support
  • Design digital and print marketing materials including sales presentations, flyers, brochures, signage, social graphics, and promotional assets.
  • Maintain and apply THS brand standards across all internal and external communications.
  • Assist with photo selection, image editing, and organization of marketing assets and content libraries.
Marketing Coordination
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, company initiatives, and events.
  • Coordinate project timelines, creative requests, approvals, and deliverables across departments.
  • Assist with designing, building, and updating website pages to support marketing campaigns, recruiting efforts, and company initiatives.
  • Assist with maintaining marketing materials, templates, and branded resources.
Creative Content Production
  • Create visual assets and supporting graphics for marketing campaigns, recruiting initiatives, presentations, and company communications.
  • Assist with photography, videography, and basic video editing for company projects and events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with company goals and branding standards.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Certifications: Adobe Creative Suite certifications or related creative certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, communications, or related creative roles; relevant internships, freelance work, or portfolio-based experience may be considered.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, organization, time management, creativity, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.)
    • Experience with Canva, Hubspot, Squarespace, Microsoft Office, and digital asset management tools.
    • Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and creative design principles.
    • Photography, videography, or video editing experience is a plus.
    • Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced business environment preferred.
