Job description

Luxury Design and Manufacturer in the furniture and lighting industry looking for an experienced Marketing & Graphic Design Assistant to join our award winning company to manage and organize our marketing efforts.

Marketing & Communications Coordinator with Graphic Design Skills

Manage the marketing schedule, campaigns and help tell our story. The right person will also be a great communicator with excellent project and vendor management, and organizational skills. If you are an A-type personality, who loves a great spreadsheet and a well managed calendar, let us know!! This is not a graphic design first role, but those skills are helpful, so let us know your experience with graphic design and layout. This role will manage both traditional and digital marketing communications processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setup and Management of Ongoing Systems and Projects, including website updates
  • Creation of new advertising and collateral for multiple in-house lines
  • Creation and management of blogs, posts, eblasts for social media
  • Manage production of print and digital collateral, advertising and editorial content
  • Coordinate photography of products and projects
  • Manage and organize multiple vendors and consultants

Note this role is primarily in-house, but after a 90 days, 1 day a week can be remote work and we are quite flexible with 'life responsibilities'.

Tools & Resources:

  • We primarily use MS Office and the Adobe suite, Figma, Canva and Klaviyo. (the usuals) Please detail your experience with these products in your application.
