Job description

We’re Hiring! Full-Time A/R, A/P & Payroll Accounting Clerk

Do you enjoy keeping things organized and balancing every account? We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our busy, award-winning, design and manufacturing team in Los Angeles. This is a full-time hybrid position with 4 days in office and 1 day remote. If you’re great with numbers, love checking things off your to-do list, and don’t mind wearing a few different hats, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

Accounts Payable

  • Code and enter vendor bills
  • Process payments and review vendor accounts
  • Keep vendor records up to date and organized

Accounts Receivable

  • Create and send customer invoices
  • Process incoming payments and send monthly statements
  • Handle collections and account reconciliations

Banking & Financials

  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Assist with weekly and monthly financial reports

Payroll & HR Support

  • Process weekly/biweekly payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding paperwork
  • Support HR with timekeeping and basic employee communications

General Office and Accounting Support

  • Work with our off-site CPA during tax prep and year-end close
  • Help with financial reporting and data entry as needed
  • Manage filing, and help keep the office organized and running smoothly


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience (manufacturing experience a plus!)
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Business Central Accounting  
  • Experience with QuickBooks is also helpful
  • Strong attention to detail and great communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well with a small, hands-on team
