Job description

The Durable Restoration Company is now hiring an International Construction Project Manager. We are looking for someone who is able to Project Manage oversees, onsite at our new construction project in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
CORE REQUIREMENTS
  • Must have at least a 2 year degree in construction/project management, architecture, engineering or equivalent field experience or prior experience in construction management administration or architectural training.
  • Must be experienced with submittals, the submittal process, shop drawings, product data, RFI's, change orders, pay apps, and other construction administration.
  • Must be able to read and understand spec books and blue prints.
  • Must have a working knowledge of BIM construction software.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be willing to travel for extended trips (2-3 weeks per trip)
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Able to problem solve through research and solution oriented.
  • We are a state certified drug free company. You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and also random drug screening.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with 4 or less points for insurance purposes as well as a valid passport.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Must be able to pass Federal, NSA and Department of Defense background checks for military and/or government projects.
  • Be willing to learn!
