Job Summary

We are seeking a detail oriented Siding Estimator to prepare accurate material and labor estimates for residential and commercial siding projects. The ideal candidate will review project plans, perform quantity takeoffs, prepare competitive bids, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, and support project teams throughout the estimating process.

Key ResponsibilitiesEstimating

• Review blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Prepare accurate siding material and labor estimates
• Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
• Develop detailed project proposals and bid packages
• Maintain accurate estimating documentation

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with project managers throughout the bidding process
• Conduct site visits when required to verify project conditions
• Support budgeting and scheduling efforts
• Monitor project costs and identify cost saving opportunities
• Provide estimate revisions as project requirements change

Vendor & Subcontractor Management

• Solicit pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
• Negotiate material and labor pricing
• Evaluate vendor quotations for accuracy and competitiveness
• Maintain supplier and subcontractor relationships

Contracts & Documentation

• Assist with contract review and scope clarification
• Maintain complete bid documentation
