Job description

Wylander Solutions, a recruiting company specializing in the disaster restoration industry, is hiring a Mitigation Project Manager a full-service cleaning and restoration company built on the principles of service. They are seeking someone with high energy and excellent problem-solving skills. The Mitigation Project Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the project cycle for the mitigation department. This role will provide direction and coordination of all field activities related to the technicians, trade partners, estimating the loss utilizing Xactimate software and managing the lifecycle of the job.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base pay: $55,000 plus (DOE)

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to manage and build high performing teams
  • Review job profitably and analyze financial reports pertaining to the mitigation department

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
