What you'll do:

  • Complete and accurate work-ups that communicate requirements
  • Understand and identify problems and challenges to each roofing system inspected
  • Complete all reports and records in a timely manner
  • Accurate and prompt communication with customer and sales
  • Follows all Simon policies, processes, and procedures to both the letter and the spirit
  • Team effectiveness- Collaborate with Sales Team, Estimating, Production, and any other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Self-development in coordination to coaching and guidance from Sales Manager
  • Assume other duties and projects as assigned.

What you'll need:

  • Minimum 3 years commercial roofing experience, and knowledge in commercial roofing systems. 
  • Two years Roof Inspecting experience.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Degree in Construction Management or work experience equivalent.
  • Ability to travel throughout the US (approximately 60% of time).
  • Ability to train other employees on the evaluation process.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through written correspondence and verbally in English.
