Position: Roofing Inspector Trainee

We’re looking for motivated individuals ready to learn how to inspect roofs, identify storm damage, and help homeowners take the next steps. Full training provided — no roofing sales experience necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience
  • Comfortable working outdoors and canvassing neighborhoods
  • Comfortable climbing a ladder and performing roof inspections

Responsibilities:

  • Canvass storm damaged neighborhoods and identify homes with storm damaged roofing
  • Perform roof inspections
  • Educate homeowners with insurance restoration and complete necessary paperwork

Compensation:

  • Earn $150,000 to $350,000 per year (Top reps can earn from $450K-$900K per year)
  • Full training
