This role supports our small team by managing CRM implementation and system maintenance, providing office support, and handling minor IT troubleshooting and data management. The position reports directly to the owner and involves option for part-time or full-time employment, with potential for expanded responsibilities over time.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain CRM systems to streamline company operations
- Provide general office support including document management and data entry
- Troubleshoot minor IT issues and maintain office technology systems
- Manage QuickBooks Online for financial record-keeping
- Support system maintenance and ensure data integrity
- Coordinate effectively within a small team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years in office administration
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with CRM software setup and management
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency in data entry and problem-solving
