Workforce Management Coordinator

CareRite Centers is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Workforce Management Coordinator to support staffing operations across our network of healthcare facilities. This role is critical to ensuring accurate workforce tracking, scheduling support, agency coordination, and regulatory compliance.

Position Overview

The Workforce Management Coordinator supports daily workforce operations, including staffing analytics, agency utilization tracking, compliance reporting, and scheduling coordination. This position works closely with facility leadership, HR, payroll, and agency partners to maintain optimal staffing levels and ensure operational efficiency.

Workforce Management Coordinator Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track staffing levels across multiple facilities

  • Coordinate agency staffing needs and maintain agency relationships

  • Ensure accurate workforce data in scheduling and payroll systems

  • Support PBJ reporting and regulatory staffing compliance

  • Analyze staffing trends and provide workforce analytics reports

  • Assist with onboarding coordination for agency and internal staff

  • Maintain employee records and workforce documentation

  • Partner with facility administrators and HR teams to address staffing needs

  • Support timekeeping and attendance audits

Workforce Management CoordinatorRequired Qualifications
