Ideal candidate with develop, conduct, review, analyze and evaluate workforce surveys. (Positon is pending a near term contract award.)
  • Partner with line directorates (e.g., Source, Acquisition, etc) and peer offices in Human Development on surveys
  • Design surveys to capture awareness of and satisfaction with agency programs and policies
  • Assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns

Prepare and submit reports. Develop methods of acquiring data, collect data, perform statistical analysis and prepare recommendations which aid management in making decisions; evaluating programs and controlling operations; programming or managing workforce-management resources; and improving management effectiveness, employee morale, and provided services.
Gather and assemble information for statistical studies or preliminary program studies such as Affirmative Employment Program (AEP), workforce profiles, Command Management Review (CMR) data which identify problem areas, occupational and assignment imbalances, award or adverse action patterns, and workforce-management practices that hinder the achievement of equal opportunities.
Aqua Corp provides technical and staff augmentation services to the commercial sector and government agencies. Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, in related field with a minimum of 8 years experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Must have worked as a Federal Contractor or in a Federal environment in Human Resources.
  • Must have experience that is in or related to strategic workforce planning.
  • Requires knowledge of the principles, theories and techniques and methodology of workforce management.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to harmoniously work with all levels of personnel.
  • Must possess excellent commutation skills both written and verbal.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
