Workday Analyst / Developer
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Workday Analyst/Consultant focuses on system configuration, business process design, and reporting within Workday HCM
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Workday HCM functional configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Compensation, Benefits, Talent, or Recruiting modules.
• Proficiency in creating complex reports and calculated fields.
• Excellent communication skills to partner with business stakeholders and IT teams
Roles & Responsibilities
System Configuration: Configure and maintain Workday Business Processes, Supervisory Organizations, Security Groups, and Cost Centers.
Reporting & Analytics: Develop custom reports using Calculated Fields, Advanced Reports, and Dashboards for HR stakeholders.
Integrations: Design, test, and deploy inbound/outbound integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Core Connectors.
Process Improvement: Partner with HR to understand needs and transform them into functional specifications, driving automation and streamlining efficiency.
Testing & Support: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test scenario creation, and provide post-production support to troubleshoot issues
Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year
