Job Description Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Workday Analyst for a Contract opportunity. This role offers the chance to apply your content strategy and UX writing skills in support of meaningful, userfocused work for one of our client partners. This role will join the Workday configuration team and will support ongoing large-scale projects in the Talent & Performance modules in addition to smaller projects in Core HCM.

Workday Specialized Technical Consultant About the Role The Workday Specialized Technical Consultant is an individual contributor responsible for advanced configuration, optimization, and technical problemsolving within Workday's Talent & Performance and HCM modules. This role partners closely within the HR Technology team and with stakeholder partners to deliver scalable, highquality Workday solutions, with a strong emphasis on configuration expertise, data integrity, and system reliability. Key Responsibilities Configure solutions for Workday Talent, Performance, and HCM modules, ensuring design is scalable, secure, and aligned to business needs.

Design and implement complex configuration changes with a strong understanding of upstream and downstream impacts. Serve as a consultative partner to stakeholders, providing guidance on bestpractice configuration approaches. Execute and support quality assurance and regression testing for new functionality.

Ensure configuration changes adhere to established governance and technical standards. Support testing, deployment, and stabilization activities tied to Workday releases and enhancements. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for configurations, processes, and support procedures.

Contribute to the Workday knowledge base to support consistent delivery and crossteam learning. What You'll Bring Required Qualifications 5-8+ years of experience supporting and configuring Workday, with deep expertise in Talent & Performance, including Skills functionality. Proven ability to independently design, implement, and troubleshoot complex Workday configurations.

Strong understanding of HR talent processes, data structures, and system dependencies. High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for technical excellence. Exposure to adjacent modules (e.g., Core HCM, Learning, Reporting) to support crossfunctional solutions

Hybrid/Onsite in Downtown Milwaukee, WI The base range for this contract position is $60.00 - $75.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations
