Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail oriented and customer focused HRIS Analyst to join our HR Technology team. This role will serve as a Workday administrator, partnering closely with Finance, People, and Payroll teams to maintain system functionality, optimize business processes, and ensure data integrity. You will play a key role in supporting and evolving our Workday ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the functional administrator for Workday Financials and HCM modules, including Core Financials, Expenses, Planning, Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, Learning, Prism, and Reporting.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Payroll stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
  • Maintain data integrity through audits, validations, and system controls.
  • Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards for Finance and HR stakeholders.
  • Support Workday releases by testing new functionality, assessing business impact, and implementing approved enhancements.
  • Support inbound and outbound integrations with downstream systems and third-party vendors.
  • Provide day-to-day Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, including issue triage, end-user training, and documentation.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce manual work.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting HRIS/ERP systems, including 1+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
  • Experience supporting or configuring one or more Workday modules.
  • Working knowledge of both Workday Financials and Workday HCM is preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with reporting and Excel skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer first mindset.
