We are seeking a senior-level Workday Financials Consultant/Analyst to join a high-performing team supporting ongoing operations, enhancements, and strategic initiatives within Workday Financials. This contract role requires a versatile expert who can operate independently across multiple financial domains and partner directly with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, long-term solutions. Enterprise experience strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide hands-on configuration and support across multiple Workday Financials domains

- Act as a flexible resource across priority areas based on business demand

- Support production issues, troubleshoot defects, and deliver timely resolutions

- Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with long-term platform health

- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions

- Contribute to enhancements, optimizations, and process improvements

- Integrate quickly into a lean, high-performing team and operate independently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience

- Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes within Workday

- Experience supporting both production support and project-based work

- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

- Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking capabilities

- Proven expertise across multiple Financials domains

- Deep experience in Financial Accounting

- Experience with Expenses
