About the role

As an Enterprise Workday Business Architect, you will be a key contributor to Insight's transformation from SAP to Workday. Collaborating with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Services, and Global Business Solutions (IT), you will help design and optimize business processes, ensuring strategies are translated into scalable Workday solutions that enable business outcomes. You will contribute to mapping requirements to Workday modules, establishing governance frameworks, and enabling data-driven decision making through analytics and planning tools. As part of a cross-functional transformation team, you will guide change management and adoption efforts, supporting Insight's transition from legacy SAP systems to a modern Workday platform. 

Along the way, you will get to: 

  • Process Design & Optimization
    • Design, map, and optimize business processes across HR, Finance, Services, and Extended Workforce using Workday modules.
    • Identify gaps, facilitate requirement gathering, and recommend scalable architectural solutions.
  • Transformation Leadership
    • Lead the SAP-to-Workday transformation by translating requirements into Workday solutions.
    • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, guide change management, and communicate progress to senior leadership.
  • Governance & Analytics
    • Establish governance frameworks and maintain process architecture.
    • Develop KPIs and leverage Workday analytics and planning tools for data-driven decision making.

What you'll need to join Insight

  • 7-10+ years as a Business/Enterprise Architect with hands-on Workday transformation experience.
  • Strong knowledge across Workday HCM, Financials, Extended Workforce, Analytics, and Planning.
  • Demonstrated success optimizing processes across HR, Finance, and Services.
  • Experience with governance, change management, and engaging cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical/problemsolving ability, including KPI development and data-driven decision making.
  • Exceptional communication skills for influencing diverse audiences.
