Role:Workday Integration Developer
Location:Remote
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations between the Workday platform and internal/external systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Workday integration technologies, data transformation, and enterprise application integration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations using:
    • Workday Studio
    • Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
    • Core Connectors
    • Cloud Connect
  • Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications.
  • Create and maintain reports, calculated fields, and data extracts.
  • Build and consume SOAP and REST web services.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures and resolve production issues.
  • Monitor integration performance and optimize data processing.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Support Workday releases, upgrades, and regression testing.
  • Maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data governance requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of Workday integration development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Workday Studio
    • EIB
    • Core Connectors
    • XML, XSLT, XPath
    • SOAP and REST APIs
    • JSON
  • Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, or Finance modules.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware concepts.
  • Experience with version control and SDLC processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Workday certifications in Integrations or HCM.
  • Experience with middleware platforms such as:
    • MuleSoft
    • Dell Boomi
    • Informatica
  • Knowledge of HR and Payroll business processes.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
