They ensure that all aspects of a project, such as scheduling, resource allocation, and communication, run smoothly outside of regular weekday hours. Their duties often include coordinating with team members, monitoring progress, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring project milestones are met on time. This role is critical in industries where operations or events take place over the weekend, such as construction, events, or facility maintenance.

Coordinators often rely on asynchronous communication methods, such as emails or shared dashboards, to ensure everyone stays informed. Building strong relationships during the week can also help secure support and prompt responses when needed over the weekend.
