  • Establish and track performance metrics for deployed solutions, including process efficiency gains, accuracy improvements, user adoption rates, and cost savings, to demonstrate return on investment and inform future priorities

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree required. Juris Doctor (JD) strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years of combined experience in legal technology, legal operations, process automation, or a related discipline
  • Experience implementing and configuring legal technology platforms (e.g., contract lifecycle management, matter management, document automation, eDiscovery, compliance pre-approval and report intake, or AI-enabled legal tools), with a demonstrated ability to design and deploy workflows within existing tools and frameworks and to evaluate and implement new ones as needs evolve
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering and the practical application of generative and agentic AI tools in legal workflows
  • Proven change management skills, with a track record of driving adoption of new tools and processes among legal professionals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and collaboratively at all levels in the Halliburton organization, including with internal clients, lawyers (in-house and in private practice), staff, and other professionals

  • Working knowledge of APIs/MCPs, system integration concepts, or scripting languages (e.g., Python) sufficient to configure workflows, connect platforms, and extend the capabilities of existing AI and automation tools
