Job description

An exciting opportunity has just come up for an intellectual property legal secretary.  The Houston office of a national firm has an immediate need for a legal secretary with experience in Intellectual Property (Patent, Trademark and/or Copyright).  The perfect candidate will have the following:

  • 5-7 years of experience in intellectual property as a legal secretary
  • Exposure to patent, trademark and/or copyright required
  • Excellent organizational and communication (oral/written) skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and advanced document preparation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and have a strong attention to detail
  • Experience with law firm billing systems
  • Professionalism, maturity and reliability
