Job description

Primary Responsibilities

The law clerk will assist with:

  • Reviewing commercial agreements using AI-assisted workflows
  • Comparing contract drafts and identifying revisions, inconsistencies, and risk areas
  • Assisting with drafting, revising, and organizing company policies and procedures
  • Conducting legal and regulatory research involving artificial intelligence, privacy, data governance, and related topics
  • Assisting with document management and legal operations projects
  • Supporting special projects assigned by the legal department
Required Qualifications

Applicants must:

  • Be currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school
  • Have completed at least one year of law school prior to the start of employment (2L or 3L status)
  • Possess strong written communication and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail
  • Be comfortable learning and using technology platforms independently
  • Proficiency with Word and Excel
  • Be able to exercise sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive information
  • Have strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence, legal technology, or innovation in legal practice
  • Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or other generative AI tools
