Job description

JOB SUMMARY:
The Weekend and Events Project Associate coordinates creative requests for design, print, films, and major campaign projects supporting the Weekend and Events team. This role manages projects from initial request through final delivery, ensuring work is clearly communicated, organized, and completed on time. The Project Associate works closely with creative teams and ministry leaders to gather details, track progress, communicate timelines, and ensure projects stay on track and are delivered effectively and on schedule.
JOB DUTIES:
  • Manage creative projects for the Weekend and Events team from request through delivery.
  • Gather project details, clarify expectations, and develop a clear understanding of each request to ensure projects meet deadlines and desired outcomes.
  • Use Asana as the primary tool for project management, communication, and tracking.
  • Project manage video editors, designers, and other creative resources to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
  • Support the Weekend and Events Director in hiring freelancers and managing the content that needs to be provided to and received from them.
  • Deliver digital content to ministries and requesters in a timely and organized manner.
  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration with creative departments, content teams, ministry leaders, and other key partners.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes, workflows, and tools to increase efficiency, communication, and successful project delivery.

EDUCATION:
Undergraduate degree
RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
1-3 years of experience
Asana knowledge is a plus.
