Job description

Event Coordinator Location: Oceanside, CA Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Occasional weekend support with advance notice Assignment Length: 6?month contract LHH is supporting a hospitality and events organization in the search for an Event Coordinator to support on?site event planning and execution at a high?volume property. This role is ideal for someone with hands?on event coordination experience who thrives in a fast?paced, guest?facing environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support on?site events from planning through execution
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and vendors related to events
  • Manage event details including schedules, room setups, and timelines
  • Support event software tracking and coordination using Envision
  • Assist with event logistics before, during, and after events
  • Ensure event spaces are prepared and aligned with event requirements
  • Communicate updates clearly with event stakeholders
  • Provide on?site support during events as needed
  • Support additional event and operations tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • Prior experience coordinating events in a hospitality, events, or venue setting
  • Hands?on experience using Envision event management software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple events or priorities simultaneously
  • Professional demeanor in guest?facing environments
