Job description

The Sous Chef supports the Corporate Chef at our Scottsdale, AZ Showroom by assisting with food preparation, cooking demonstrations, menu development, ordering, and overall kitchen operations. This role ensures a smooth, efficient, and well-organized kitchen environment while delivering an exceptional culinary experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present food for events and demonstrations
  • Assist with menu planning and development
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, including post-event cleanup
  • Supervise kitchen operations in the Chef’s absence
  • Support consumer cooking demonstrations and culinary events
