We're looking for a highly organized, strategic, and hands-on Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of impactful conferences, leadership meetings, learning programs, recruiting events, and our flagship company Summit.
In this role, you'll own the full event lifecycle-from concept and budgeting to onsite execution and post-event analysis-creating memorable experiences that engage attendees and support business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, leadership meetings, workshops, and learning programs.
  • Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, food and beverage, audiovisual production, transportation, registration, and onsite operations.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and communication strategies to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with hotels, venues, vendors, speakers, and event partners.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for event technology platforms such as Cvent, Bizzabo, or similar systems.
  • Lead onsite event execution, ensuring an exceptional attendee experience.
  • Track event performance, attendee feedback, and ROI while continuously improving future events.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional event management experience with responsibility for planning and executing large-scale corporate events, conferences, meetings, or learning programs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
  • 2+ years expereince budget management and financial oversight experience.
  • Proficiency with event registration and management platforms, including Bizzabo, Cvent, or comparable systems.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel as needed for onsite event management.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Meeting Professional (CMP),
  • Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar).
  • Experience supporting learning and development programs, leadership events, or healthcare-related organizations.
  • Experience managing events for organizations with multiple locations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
