Job Description

The Marketing Events Manager will support the execution ofย Vusion'sย U.S./CAN/LATAMย event portfolio, including trade shows, industry conferences, customer events, and partner activations. This role is ideal for a marketing professionalย with a growth mindset,ย who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys managingย logistics, coordinating vendors, and ensuring flawless execution.ย 

This is primarily an execution-focused role with growing strategic exposure.ย 

  • Event Planning & Executionย 
    • Support planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and regional events in the U.S.ย 
    • Manage eventย logisticsย including vendor coordination, shipping, registration, booth materials, and on-site support.ย 
    • Coordinate promotional materials and event assets with the marketing team.ย 
    • Ensure consistent brand representation across all event touchpoints.ย 
  • Cross-Functional Coordinationย 
    • Collaborate with Sales to support lead-capture and post-event follow-up processes.ย 
    • Work with Product Marketing and Communications to align messaging and materials.ย 
    • Support speaking engagements and customer participation when applicable.ย 
  • Budget & Vendor Supportย 
    • Create New Supplier Profiles and PO Numbers for Marketing Expenses in enterpriseย system.ย 
    • Track event expenses and support budget management.ย 
    • Assistย in negotiating vendor contracts and ensuring cost efficiency.ย 
    • Maintain event calendars and documentation.ย 
  • Performance & Reportingย 
    • Track event KPIs including lead volume and engagement metrics.ย 
    • Compile post-event reports and share performance insights with stakeholders.ย 
    • Support CRM lead uploads and data accuracy.ย 
Qualifications

Qualification we're looking for:

  • Experience:
    • 3+years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in events or field marketing.ย 
    • Experience supporting trade shows or corporate events.ย 
    • Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus.ย 
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.ย 
    • Detail-oriented withย strong communicationย skills.ย 
  • Abilities:
    • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.ย 
    • Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 20-30%).ย
