Description:

About MOBIUS CONNECT

MOBIUS CONNECT is a digital platform and industry community hub; serving reliability and maintenance professionals worldwide. The platform delivers content, advertising programs, webinars, podcasts, live events, and a thriving network that connects industry practitioners with the products, services, and knowledge they need.

Role Overview

The Marketing & Events Manager of MOBIUS CONNECT is a dynamic, high-visibility role responsible for managing and growing the MOBIUS CONNECT platform through strategic marketing, multi-channel event execution, and advertiser program management. This individual will serve as a key brand ambassador for MOBIUS CONNECT, representing the platform at trade shows and conferences, hosting live webinars and podcasts, building lasting relationships with advertisers and partners, and executing integrated marketing campaigns that elevate platform visibility and community engagement.

This role reports directly to the Director of Communications and works closely with the broader Mobius marketing team. The right candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is equally comfortable in planning meetings and on a trade show floor and brings a natural ability to connect with clients and communities.

Key Responsibilities

Events & Trade Shows

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute MOBIUS CONNECT's presence at domestic and international trade shows, conferences, and industry events
  • Manage logistics for Mobius-hosted events including the Florida event space — venue coordination, vendor relations, attendee experience, and post-event follow-up
  • Travel to events as a brand representative, facilitating client meetings, presentations, and networking on behalf of MOBIUS CONNECT
  • Maintain an annual events calendar and manage pre/post-event marketing to maximize impact and ROI

Webinars, Podcasts & Live Content

  • Host and moderate live webinars for MOBIUS CONNECT, managing the full production cycle from coordination and promotion to delivery and follow-up
  • Oversee podcast recording logistics and production support, coordinating guests, scheduling, and distribution
  • Develop promotional campaigns for live content that drive registrations, engagement, and audience growth

Advertiser Program Management

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for MOBIUS CONNECT advertising partners, managing program onboarding, fulfillment, and renewals
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of advertiser commitments and renewal timelines, proactively communicating with clients on deliverables and performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign fulfillment
  • Identify upsell and renewal opportunities to support platform revenue growth

Marketing Campaigns & Content Strategy

  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns and editorial calendars for events, advertising programs, and MOBIUS CONNECT brand initiatives
  • Create and oversee promotional content across email, social media, and digital channels to drive platform awareness and community engagement
  • Work cross-functionally with the marketing team to align MOBIUS CONNECT content with Mobius Institute's broader brand and messaging strategy
  • Track and report on campaign performance, using data insights to optimize future efforts

Brand Ambassador Program

  • Support the management and growth of the MOBIUS CONNECT Brand Ambassador network, coordinating with global industry advocates to amplify platform content and reach
  • Develop communications and resources to keep ambassadors engaged and aligned with platform goals
Requirements:

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field with demonstrated experience planning and executing events
  • Strong client-facing communication skills and comfortable presenting to clients, hosting live sessions, and representing a brand in professional settings
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Local to Fort Myers, Florida and able to commute to the Mobius Institute Global Training Center office daily (hybrid schedule, remote Thursdays/Fridays upon completion of probationary period)

Preferred

  • Experience with webinar and podcast production platforms (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar)
  • Experience in the reliability, maintenance, engineering, or industrial sectors (a plus, not a requirement)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and advertiser pipeline management

What We Offer

  • High-visibility, high-variety role at the intersection of marketing, events, and media
  • Travel opportunities to industry-leading conferences and trade shows
  • A collaborative, mission-driven team environment
  • Opportunities for professional growth within a globally recognized organization
