Location: Plano, TX Duration: 12 Weeks Start date: May 25th, 2027 About this Opportunity: As an Marketing & Events Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the strategic and logistical aspects of event management and marketing. This role focuses on event planning, execution, operational support, and performance tracking-essential skills for a career in event management, marketing operations, or integrated marketing.

What you will do: Event Planning & Execution Support the planning and coordination of in-person and virtual events, including executive briefings, customer workshops, trade shows, and internal events. Assist in managing event logistics such as vendor coordination, venue preparation, scheduling, and stakeholder communications. Marketing Operations Assist with the development and maintenance of marketing budgets, processes, project calendars, and operational workflows.

Support cross-team coordination to ensure consistent alignment across marketing and events. Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and internal communications. Marketing Analytics Collect and analyze data on event attendance, engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Support tracking of marketing metrics and campaign impact in collaboration with analytics and operations teams. The skills you bring: Actively enrolled in an accredited Bachelors or Master's (preferred) program in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or related fields. Familiarity and use of AI and experience using AI automated workflows Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple projects.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with event planning, marketing platforms, or project management tools is a plus.
