Job description

As our Full-Time Digital Media Coordinator & Field Brand Specialist, this role blends digital creativity and organization with active, in-person brand representation and community partnership. You will split your energy between high-impact digital content creation and management and executing field marketing initiatives to accelerate brand growth, consumer engagement, and social impact.


Role Dynamics & Schedule


●      Time Allocation: Approximately 85% Social Media, Digital Marketing and Paid Ads, and 15% Field Marketing & Events.

●      Hours & Flexibility: This is a full-time position expecting 40 hours per week. Hour allocation is flexible and will shift dynamically week-to-week to accommodate weekend events, evening activations, weekend social accounts management or holiday campaigns.


Key Responsibilities


Digital Strategy & Content Creation (85%)

●      Execute & Manage: Alongside the team, you will build and maintain cross-platform social media strategies and comprehensive content calendars. Develop copywriting skills in caption writing across all channels. Manage and organize all Laura’s Gourmet content between iPhone storage, DropBox and Google Drive. 

●      Content Production: Produce platform-specific posts, stories, high-energy videos and live coverage leveraging current trends and audio.

●      Community & Influencers: Drive follower growth, manage timely brand appropriate interactions and scale our influencer partnership, collaboration and affiliate programs.

●      Analytics: Track key digital performance metrics and generate monthly reports with actionable insights.


 

Field Marketing & Community Involvement (15%)

●      Face of the Brand: Serve as the lead brand ambassador and public-facing representative at community events, tastings and retail activations.

●      Community Partnerships: Actively manage and help scale partnerships and relationships with community partners. This will be done on both a national level through social media plus through locally supported community groups and partnerships.

●      On-Site Content Capture: Continuously capture high-quality, authentic media and behind-the-scenes content while attending and managing events.

●      Event Support & Logistics: Assist with logistical setup, coordination, vendor interaction, and physical material management for all scheduled field marketing initiatives. Local Trade show support, booth setup and break down and marketing support during show.
