Job description

WellBiz Brands seeks a high-impact sales leader who will capitalize on the companyโ€™s momentum and potential. This will be a proactive, highly energetic, and commercially-minded leader who will likely possess experience overseeing the franchise sales and franchise portfolio management functions for best-in-class consumer-centric multi-brand franchise platforms.

This executive will be a consistent advocate for both the business and the franchisee, with a focus on building and growing a powerful and integrated franchise sales engine across several brands domestically, internationally, and in non-traditional settings. Working with the CDO to set the direction and strategy of the sales team, you will align lead generation and sales processes to meet and exceed KPIs and ongoing development initiatives for the five franchise brands.

This is fundamentally a team-first, player-coach leadership role. Approximately 70% of this position is dedicated to coaching, developing, and activating the Franchise Sales Directors โ€” building the strategy, playbooks, and accountability structures that enable the team to close deals consistently and at a high level. The remaining 30% is focused on direct sales activity in international and non-traditional franchise channels, where senior-level engagement has the greatest impact. Location: Remote (United States)

Compensation Range: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00/annually + commission. Offers to select candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.ย 

Salary ranges reflect Colorado disclosure requirements. Compensation may vary by geographic location for candidates working outside Colorado.ย 

Position Responsibilities:

Overall Objectives/Responsibilities, goals, expectations

  • Personally lead direct sales activity in international and non-traditional franchise channels (~30% of role), where senior-level engagement and expertise have the greatest impact on closing deals.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Franchise Sales Directors (~70% of role): build and execute the strategy, playbooks, and accountability structures that drive the team & collective performance and close rates.
  • Setting the Sales, Lead Generation and Portfolio Management strategies, and leading the rollout and tracking thereof
  • Leading a Team of Sales, Lead Generation and Portfolio Management professionals.
  • Analyze current lead flow and sources advising and implementing methods for increasing lead volume and quality.
  • Identify, attract, and close professionally and financially qualified franchise owners across 5 brands.
  • Align strategy and candidate targets, ensuring an increase in quality and qualified leads closed.
  • Work closely with the brand Operations, Real Estate, Marketing, Training and Finance teams of all 5 brands, meeting the unique needs of each brand and their goals.
  • Together with the Real Estate team, develop market strategies to increase pipeline and achieve sales goals.
  • Leads and project manages the timely and accurate compliance with all applicable state and federal franchise disclosure laws and regulations and execution of franchise agreements and corporate procedures/ legal guidelines.
  • Create incentive packages internally to engage and motivate the team, and external campaigns to generate urgency and excitement with prospects.
  • Work with Real Estate and Legal to develop proximity/impact policies and process.
  • Work with teams and Executive Leadership across the system, to develop other franchise policies as needed by the business over time
  • Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, including domestic and international sales, portfolio management and lead generation functions.
  • Fully comprehend the FDD of all 5 brands and articulate and educate prospects, as well as coach the development team, on FDD questions and positioning.
  • Ensure systems, processes, and procedures are effective and provide recommendations for enhancements.
  • Represent the company and Brands at panel discussions, Tradeshows and other channels as needed to generate and sustain a healthy and growing franchisee portfolio
