The Role

This position oversees franchise sales & development activity and must prospect and execute new franchise agreements.  Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, collaboration with corporate, relationship management, forecasting executions/openings, and communication with potential and existing customers.

  • Execute (Document Management & Closing) Agreements    
  • Manage Relationships
  • Forecasting
  • Day to Day business activities (Plan and Arrange travel, etc.)
  • Training/Shadowing to new hire sales personnel
  • Assisting other members of development team on special projects
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of major purchase/sale transactions, activities of debt and equity, providers and other hospitality related trends within the US
You'll be successful if you have
  • Extensive sales experience
  • Proven achievement in sales by exceeding quotas
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent judgment in evaluating opportunities for the company
  • Hotel conversion experience 
  • Commercial Real Estate Understanding
  • Commercial lending/banking acumen
  • Aptitude to evaluate pro-forma and feasibility studies for conversion projects

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A desire to travel
Required Qualifications/Experience
  • A college degree is preferred
  • A record of achieving quotas in a sales organization required 
  • A valid Driver’s License
  • Required to travel approximately 80% of time. Travel will be predominantly focused on lead generation and customer relationship management in the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits

For U.S. based positions only, the expected pay range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000 annually.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation such as work location, background, experience, and performance. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

In addition to the base pay, this role is eligible to receive an incentive payment pursuant to the Franchised Development US Incentive Plan with a N/A% annual target, subject to the terms of the Plan. In addition, this role is eligible to participate in the Long-Term Incentive Plan.
