About Us 
One Park Place is a new modern coworking and office space in Boca Raton, designed to provide a professional, collaborative, and welcoming environment for businesses and entrepreneurs. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our members and guests. 
Position Overview 
As the Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional first impression. You will manage the front desk, greet visitors, assist members, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the co-working space. 

Responsibilities 
● Welcome and check in guests, clients and members with professionalism and warmth 
● Answer and direct phone calls, emails and inquiries promptly 
● Assist with scheduling board rooms and managing bookings 
● Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail/packages 
● Maintaining tidy and organized reception and common areas 
● Support event coordination and member activities as needed 
● Provide general administrative support to the property management team 
● Conduct tours of the space when requested 
● Contribute to the development of office systems, protocols and team culture 
 
Qualifications 
● Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative or customer service role required
● Strong communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills 
● Professional appearance and demeanour 
● Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment 
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office & scheduling tools is a plus 
● Positive, team-oriented attitude 
 
Schedule & Compensation 
● Full-time position, Monday through Friday
